Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395,397of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the first information report while the informant was returning from Patna on tractor after delivering bricks the road was blocked and some miscreants came there armed with lathi danda and pistol and surrounded him. It is further alleged that they all assaulted the informant and snatched Rs. 20,000/- and a mobile set from him.

On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2015. It is further submitted that he is not named in the first information report and his name

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29377 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 has come on the confessional statement of co-accused. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted bail vide Cri. Misc. No. 17261/15 and Cri. Misc. No. 26897/15 Considering eh aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Jandaha P.S.
