Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Bhakuli Yadav @ Lalanjeet Yadav and on the basis of aforesaid confessional statement, petitioner was remanded in this case on 17-12-2015 and since then, he is languishing in jail custody.
