The petitioner is in custody in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018, for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.12.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 100 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
