Submission is that in the prayer portion of the application 'Amnour P.S. Case No. 74 of 2013' was typed due to typographical mistake which should be 'Amnour P.S. Case No. 74 of 2010' resulting, the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 13.08.2015 resulting the petitioner is not being released. Perused the record. Accordingly, the order no. 2 dated 13.08.2015 stands corrected to the extent that 'Amnour P.S. Case No. 74 of 2013' be read as 'Amnour P.S. Case No. 74 of 2010' and in the prayer portion the correction be made accordingly, during course of the way.
