The petitioner is in custody in connection with Vibhutipur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.06.2018. He further submits that the instant case was registered against unknown and till date petitioner has not been put on TIP even after seven months. His name surfaced on the confessional statement of the other co-accused and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2786 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, District Samastipur in connection with Vibhutipur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018.
