Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 326, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in assaulting the informant, who was involved in abducting the children.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2019.
