2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 625 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner gave a knife blow on the abdomen of informant, as a result of which, he sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Due to petty dispute, a scuffle took place between the parties. The doctor has found the injury simple in nature. It is further submitted that both the parties

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered the accusation, the nature of injury allegedly caused by this petitioner and the fact that both the parties have compromised the present case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 625 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
