JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.K.Puri P.S. Case No.115 of 2014 registered under sections 290 and 291 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42748 of 2014.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 27.11.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The court below is directed to proceed with the framing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30029 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 of charge in the case forthwith. If the trial is no concluded within six months from the date of framing of charge, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
