The petitioner seeks to quash the orders dated 19.08.2016 by which the learned Court below has directed the petitioner for physical appearance before the Court as well as the order dated 31.05.2017 by which the learned Court below has cancelled the bail bond of the petitioner and has issued nonbailable warrant against the petitioner and order dated 23.08.2017 by which the process of Section 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has been issued and further quash the order dated 13.02.2018 by which the petitioner has been declared absconder.
