The petitioner has preferred the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is stated to have fired killing the grand son of of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 3.2.2020 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr.Misc. no.50633 of 2019. Inspite of the direction of this Court to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial, there is no progress in the learned trial Court. The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2018.
A report was called for from the learned trial Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the direct allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. together with the trial in the learned trial Court having proceeded, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.
