ii) For direction to the Respondents / Authorities not to dispossess the petitioners from their homestead land/house situated in Khata No.3, Khesara No.917 and 1266, Thana No.388, Mauza- Mahuai, within the District of West Champaran in which they are residing since more than 100 years iii) For direction to the respondents / authorities to settle the aforesaid land / house in favour of landless petitioners"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file their objections before the Circle Officer, Ramnagar, West Champaran. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
