The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 506, 325 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that with regard to same occurrence, the wife of petitioner no.1, namely, Shanti Devi, has lodged Harpur P.S. case no. 35 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. He further submits that the parties are Pattidars and occurrence took place on account of partition of the ancestral property.

No.5425 of 2020(3) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
