JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) To issue an appropriate order/s direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order as contained in memo No.6440 dated 25.11.2023 in Appeal Case No.8/2023 passed by the Director I.C.D.S Bihar, Patna whereby and whereunder he has rejected the appeal filed by the petitioner an affirmed the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Jamui vide memo No.13 dated 16.09.2020.

(ii) To quashing the order as contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1553 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 memo No.1306 dated 16.09.2020 passed by the Dist Programme Officer, Jamui whereby whereunder he has passed the order of termination of the petitioner for the post of Anganwari Sev Centre No.45 Kurhadih under Mathura Panchayat, Block- Sikandra, DistrictJamui. (iii) To direct the respondent No.6 to reinstate petitioner to the post of Anganwari Sevika in concerned centre."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
