The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case no.451 of 2018 dated 5.5.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 325, 302, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that when the son of the informant was talking with the accused persons, he was prevented from doing this by the co-accused Shiv Chandra Chaudhary and on the protest, Shiv Chandra Chaudhary assaulted by bamboo cane, causing injury to him. Further the informant and others were also assaulted.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.case No.451 of 2018 dated 5.5.2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
