JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 07-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He submits that charge has been framed against the petitioner vide order dated 07.01.2021. He further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16307 of 2021(2) dt.07-07-2021 2/2 submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 13.12.20219.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/successor court where the case is pending in connection with Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 474 of 2012.
