The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dead body of unknown person was recovered. The first information report is lodged against unknown. It is submitted that even the dead body has not been identified. The petitioner was arrested on mere suspicion but no evidence is collected and petitioner is in jail since 17.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III,
