JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2605-2015 on the accusation that one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. It further appears that prior to institution of the present case, only one case had been lodged against the petitioner.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33727 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 307 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
