Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of assault is against co-accused, Nanki and so far as petitioners are concerned, only general allegation of assault has been levelled against them. Moreover, the informant appears to have sustained simple injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released
