This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Roshanganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 379, 409, 406, 420, 468, 471 and 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the delay in approaching this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in case, which was registered in the year 2015, I am not inclined to entertain this application. It is accordingly dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If she does so, her application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present
