Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners, armed with pistol and iron rod, assaulted the informant on his head. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that though petitioner no. 1 & 3 are alleged to be armed with pistols,but there is no allegation of firing. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus.They have got no criminal antecedent.
