Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 354, 354(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the informant when he went to the house of the petitioner to complaint that as to why he has eveteased his daughter in the meantime all the five accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of lathi due to which some persons have been injured. It is also stated that petitioner has threatened the informant with dire consequences. On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2015 and he has no criminal antecedent. Attention of this court has been drawn towards

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29413 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 annexure-1 from which it is evident that there is love affairs between the petitioner and the victim girl.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Bhojpur Arrah in Sandesh P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014.
