2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 354, 447, 379, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 21.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11638 of 2021.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He submits that after investigation the police has submitted the final form against the petitioner but the learned court below took cognizance against him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11034 of 2024(2) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 am not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is again rejected in connection with Khaira (Nagra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2020.
