2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties and to punish them for the Contempt of the Hon'ble Court for their willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order and directions of the Hon'ble Court contained in Order dated 08/04/2024 passed by

Patna High Court MJC No.310 of 2025(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 the Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 9046 of 2023, Dheeraj Kumar Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors."

3. On 08.04.2024, an order was passed directing the opposite party to look into the objection of the petitioner and pass an order.

4. A show cause has been filed by the opposite parties bringing on record the order dated 09.06.2025 by which after observing that if aggrieved with the compensation amount, he should have move before the appropriate authority/appropriate court under section 64 of the Act, the claim has been negated (Annexure-A to the show cause).

5. In that background, allowing the petitioner to challenge the said order, MJC No. 310 of 2025 stands disposed of.
