The petitioners seek bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 147, 149, 447, 427, 379, 354, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that there is a case and counter case. The informant has exaggerated the occurrence by levelling false and concocted allegation against the petitioners, who have got roots in the society and had never been made accused in any other case.

No.21851 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2 / 2 Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, who are in custody since 17.02.2016, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015.
