2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- i) For an issuance of the writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s),

Patna High Court CWJC No.1900 of 2024(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 order(s), direction(s), directing the respondents 1st party authority to get the land of the petitioner detailed in Annexure:

P/1 be demarcated by the Govt. Amin or any proper authority.

ii) To any other relief(s) to which the petitioner found to be entitled to be given."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be preferring a fresh petition for getting the land measured alongwith requisite fee within four weeks.

4. If such a petition alongwith requisite fee is filed within the period specified above, the respondent No. 3, The Circle Officer, Sanhaula, Bhagalpur shall after putting all the concerned parties to notice shall get the land measured within a period of four months from the date the petition is received in his office.
