2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 366, 506, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case being sister of Shadab Ansari. It is next submitted that Shadab Ansari has moved before this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 20604 of 2024 and the same was allowed vide order dated 06.05.2024. It is next submitted that the case of petitioner is on a better footing.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the order dated 06.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20604 of 2024, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court, where the case is pending / successor Court, in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
