Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner committed kidnapping of 13 years old daughter of the informant. FIR nowhere spells out any wrong against this petitioner. There is no allegation that this petitioner forced her to illicit intercourse. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the girl in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has categorically alleged that this petitioner forcibly took the victim to Kolkatta with him and kept her in a hotel room for three days.
