2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pahleja P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 380, 302 & 506 of I.P.C. read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7213 of 2026(3) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is hereby dismissed.
