Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-399 of the Indian Penal Code.
The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and on that basis; he has been remanded in this case. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 282 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Sushant Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna City, District-Patna.
