This case has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, who had withdrawn the application on

Patna High Court CWJC No.1685 of 2022(3) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 25.02.2022 in order to challenge the order of cancellation of P.D.S. licence before the appellate authority. Mr. Arvind Kumar Sinha, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the Appeal had already been filed vide Appeal No. 827 of 2021, which fact he could not state before this Court at the time of withdrawing the application. The order dated 25.02.2022 passed by us is, thus, modified to the extent that on the presentation of the order passed on 25.02.2022 and today (i.e. 02.03.2022) before the appellate authority, the appellate authority shall take up the Appeal and decide it by a reasoned order within a period of sixty (60) days thereafter.
