JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2019 The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent for measurement of his land in the presence of Anchal Amin and bifurcate her land so that she may construct her house. She is said to have approached the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna. It is stand of the petitioner that though dates are being fixed for causing measurement, till date the said work has not been carried out.

In my view, the petitioner has remedy before competent authority under Bihar Right to Public Service Act, or

Patna High Court CWJC No.11673 of 2017(3) dt.08-03-2019 2/2 the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Act, 2015, which she may avail, raising the grievance which has been raised in the present writ application.

This writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority/Public Grievance Redressal Officer.

It is indicated that if the petitioner approaches the competent authority, the competent authority/Public Grievance Redressal Officer, he shall be under obligation to dispose of the petitioner's application within the time limit as prescribed under the aforesaid Act and the Rules framed thereunder. This application stands disposed of.
