====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 420, 465, 468, 471, 506, 467/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Anganbadi Sevika, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, on the objection raised by the informant, petitioner was never appointed on the said post and accordingly, she did not receive salary for a single day rather, informant herself was appointed as Anganbadi Sevika. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner was not appointed on the post in question and claims clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IV, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P. S. Case No. 23 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
