It is alleged that one country made loaded katta and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.4.2014. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances and also keeping in mind that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.
