The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 387 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of C.L.A. Act, section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and under section 10/13 of U. A. P. Act.

The police raided the office of Md. Chand and from there Naxalite literatures and other articles were recovered. The petitioner was also apprehended but Md. Chand and Karmvir Kumar @ Kavi have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 21318 of 2015 and 21843 of 2015 respectively and the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36783 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
