The petitioners have preferred the this application for grant of regular in a case registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation in the F.I.R., 103.68 litres of IMFL was recovered from the mini-van and the three petitioners were taken into custody.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that they are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent and investigation in the case having concluded, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with C III No. 4 of 2021 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan.
