JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In course of investigation, one melted silver brick has been recovered from the shop of the petitioner but there is nothing in the case diary to show that the aforesaid recovered article was looted property of the present case and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar ( T) P.S.Case No. 76 of 2015.
