Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

Near about 40 mobile sets worth Rs. 70,000/- were stolen and near about 35 mobile sets were destroyed by some unknown persons and subsequently, the present case was lodged against unknown persons. The petitioner was arrested in course of investigation and it is alleged that one stolen mobile and house breaking instrument were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
