Mr.Kumar Shanu, AC to AG ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. Kumar Shanu, learned AC to AG appears for the state. On perusal of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner is complaining of disturbance created by some antisocial element of the locality over a piece of land. It is alleged that they are trying to dispossess the petitioner from his legal possession over the property. In this regard, he is said to have submitted several complaints to the Sub-Divisional Officer and the Sub-Divisional Officer directed the Circle Officer to conduct an enquiry and submit a report, the official respondents have not taken appropriate steps to provide security to the life and property of the petitioner.

This court finds that this writ application was filed in 2017 and at this stage the petitioner is not taking interest in

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1610 of 2017(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 pursuing this writ application. This gives this court to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest in pursuing this writ application.
