2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 329 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in a relationship. The petitioner is in jail since 07.10.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
