Seen the report submitted by Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, wherefrom it is evident that the case is pending for argument. That being so, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani is directed to dispose of Sessions Trial No. 364 of 2015 by 30th April, 2017 and for that the learned District Judge, Madhubani is directed to keep vigil so that the Sessions Trial could not be found transferred from the concerned court as well as to impress upon to conclude the trial within the scheduled time as directed by this court.

In view of the above direction, this application is disposed of.
