The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The wife of the petitioner made allegation that the petitioner firstly photographed her naked photo and threaten her to post the same on social sites. The petitioner started blackmailing her since 2011 and demanded Rs. 15 lakhs.
It is submitted that the petitioner filed a matrimonial case no. 4 of 2015 under Section 20 of the Hindu Marriage Act thereafter this case has been filed. The petitioner is in jail since 11.04.2015.

No.29944 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant as well as the learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the wife is still ready to live with her husband, but her husband wanted to get rid off her on one pretext or other. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 11.04.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S.
