The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 381 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant's Bolero vehicle was driven by the petitioner and subsequently it was found missing.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner parked the vehicle in the village and subsequent it was missing.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20516 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
