JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 03-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 546 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366A,452 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, seven to eight person came by Bolero vehicle and entered into the house of informant and started searching her daughter Rehana Khatoon @ Guddi. They kidnapped her elder daughter and threatened her to also kidnapped her younger daughter, if she made complain to anyone.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Further submits that statement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16275 of 2021(3) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 of the victim girl has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which specific allegation of abduction has been made against the petitioner.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No. 546 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III cum Sub- Judge, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
