JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2021 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate petition in the pending First Appeal No. 106 of 2014 (The State of Bihar & Ors. Vs. Surya Narayan Poddar) for the purposes of issuance of appropriate direction to the learned court of Sub-Judge- I, Katihar in the pending L.A. Execution Case No. 1 of 2013, with regard to payment of the decretal amount, which has already been deposited before the Executing court by the State of Bihar.

The learned counsel for the State Shri Sanjay Prasad, AC to AAG-4 has got no objection.
