2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

(i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.2906 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/3 or directions, commanding upon the State respondents to correct the survey entry of R.S.P. No.

1975 area 8 decimals and R.S.P.

No. 1976 area 14 decimals of Khata No. 453 situated in villageFaursaha, P.S.& Anchal-Saur Bazar, District-Saharsa and direct the private respondents not to disturb the possession of the petitioner over the aforesaid land;

(ii) to pass any any such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit & proper under the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. In view of the limited submission of the petitioner, the matter stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Sour Bazar, Saharsa to take up the fresh petition filed by the petitioner alongwith copy of this order and take the matter to its logical conclusion
