2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2018.

3. It is alleged that 53.4 liters liquor and 4000 kg Mahua flower were recovered from bamboo column behind the house of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the state opposes the bail petition and submits that petitioner has got five criminal

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that petitioner has got five criminal antecedent of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
