The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.10.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a and 26 II of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case as per the self statement of SI Ajit Kumar, SHO, Baddi O.P. dated 12.10.2018 is to the effect that on the same day at 7.00 P. M., during patrolling, on seeing the police vehicle, one person started fleeing away but on chase being made, he was apprehended with one country made loaded gun and three live cartridges and on interrogation, he disclosed his name as Bijesh Singh (petitioner).

Learned APP submits that recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the investigation has already been concluded, statement being made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, and the period under custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Sasaram in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S.
