The informant, an employee of a chit company while was in a way to deposit the collection appertaining to Rs.3,67,390/- along with his companion, was intercepted by the criminal who on the point of fire arm snatched the cash. From the case diary it is evident that C.C.T.V. footage was taken out and, from para 43 of the case diary it is apparent that the same was shown to the spy who identified five persons as Anand Kumar (petitioner), Sujit Kumar, Meraz, Chandan Kumar and Bulla. From para 65 of the case diary it is evident that the petitioner Anand Kumar and Chandan Kumar have been apprehended in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.578 of 2019. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4318 of 2020(3) dt.28-05-2020 2/2 statement has been recorded and on the basis thereof, he has been remanded in this case. He has not been put on T.I. parade nor even part of the booty has been recovered from his possession although he carries criminal antecedent. Thus, petitioner Anand Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S.
