2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 06.02.2017 passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar at Muzaffarpur passed in Spl. Case No. 02/2017 arising out of Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 01/2012 by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 406, 409, 465, 468, 471, 120B of the IPC and under Sections 13(2) r/w, 13(i)(d) of the PC Act.

3. The impugned order is of the year 2017 which has been challenged in the year 2019 after an inordinate delay.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the
