The petitioners seek bail in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and he has no concern with the illicit liquor as well as the alleged motorcycle. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019.
